I work from a home office, occasionally colleagues will come to my office and sometimes I will be required to go out for meetings. I’m looking for help three times a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for six hours a day to allow for uninterrupted work.
At this stage, the position wouldn’t require much transportation, though I may occasionally need help grabbing a few grocery items from nearby shops, which are within walking distance. Isla loves getting out for a walk, and she has lots of little activities around the house that she enjoys moving between. We also have a heated pool, which she likes to go in when it’s not too hot or windy.
Some light assistance with household tasks would be expected, though nothing strenuous—just cleaning bottles, tidying up toys after playtime, doing some of Isla’s washing, and helping with food prep if needed.
Privacy & Professionalism – We ask for strict privacy regarding our daughter and family. No photos or personal information should be shared.
Respect for Parenting Choices – No infliction of personal values or beliefs. Our parenting choices and routines should be followed.
Routine & Communication – Please do not change Isla’s routine without prior consultation. We appreciate a brief overview of Isla’s day at the end of each shift, along with updates on any changes in her behaviour, mood, or development.
Engagement & Stimulation – It’s great if you can engage with Isla through age-appropriate activities, encouraging her curiosity and development.
Safety Awareness – Keeping an eye on her surroundings, especially during walks and pool time, is a priority.
Reliability & Punctuality – As this role supports my work schedule, consistency and punctuality are important.
