We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic nanny to care for our two little ones, a spunky 2-year-old girl who loves to explore and play, and a happy 8-month-old boy who just wants to be involved in everything!
Details:
● Days & Hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9am – 3pm (with the potential to extend to Thursdays if it’s a great fit).
Location - Southside, Curtin
● Pet-friendly home - We have a large but friendly dog.
● Outings encouraged! We’re within walking distance to several parks and just a 10-minute drive from the National Zoo, Lake, Galleries, Museums or Questacon. Our car is available for outings with the kids.
● Playgroup – Wednesdays at 10am, we’ll need the kids taken to and supervised playgroup.
● My husband and I both work from home during care hours.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience caring for young children who can form a meaningful bond with our kids and learn to understand their individual needs.
• Is energetic, playful, nurturing and enjoys setting up and engaging in activities with kids.
• Is comfortable with some light meal prep ie snacks (fruit, crackers etc) and sandwiches for kids + post lunch clean-up
• Has a valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) check or is willing to obtain one.
• Has a driver’s license.
