Hi,

I’m looking for a fun, cheerful, energetic, and reliable nanny near Manly to assist with the after school sports.

4 days a week M/T/Th/F

He’s pretty self sufficient but we’d love you to watch him every now and then, and let us know how he goes. (Happy for you to read or do your assignment or work, just be there if he needs assistance on certain day)

Approximate timetable:

Monday 4.30-6.15
Just pickup from home drop off at sport and then pickup from sport and drop off at home actual time is about 45 minutes, (sport is less the 2km away from the house) current nanny takes her dog for a walk and picks up her groceries)

Tuesday - 5-6.20pm
Pickup from sport and either take him to another sport or look after until we get home) this day he may need supervision until we’re home.

Thursday - 4.30-6.30pm
Pickup from school and take to sport 10km away and bring home.

Friday - 3-5.30pm
Pickup from school and go to sport 10km and back home.

Starting from start of term 2 (22/4/26) for the rest of the year. (After trial period to see if you like us and the kid and you work out)

There may be school holiday assistance needed but not for the full holidays.

We are seeking a proactive, "hands-on" Nanny to support our son’s afternoon and evening routine.

The Role:
Pick-up: Collect from nursery (flexible window from 4:00 PM), and look after until parent comes home (6:00 PM/ 8:00 PM). -- between 2-5 hours per day, up to 5 days per week (open to looking at agreeing a confirmed schedule here).
Engagement: Lead creative crafts, outdoor play, and targeted "school readiness" activities.
Coordination: Accompany him to local scheduled activities/classes.
Evening Care: Prepare a nutritious dinner and manage the bath and bedtime wind-down.

The Ideal Candidate:
You are enthusiastic about early childhood development and love staying active. You should be organised, reliable, and capable of balancing structured learning with fun.

We require someone to assist with our 3x primary school aged kids twice a week in the morning (Tues & Wed). As my wife and I are both working on these mornings, we would need someone to assist the kids getting ready for school, dropping them at school and to morning activities. School is located 5min drive from our house.
We have a son who is 10, and 2x girls who are 8 and 5.
There would also be minor house duties required, washing, dishwasher, tidying etc, and could be additional babysitting work in holidays and on weekends.

We are a friendly and busy family based in Seaforth looking for a reliable and caring part-time nanny/babysitter to help with our two young children during weekday mornings and afternoons.

Our kids are Scarlett (3) and Matthew (1) – two happy, energetic little ones who attend our local daycare in Balgowlah.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone to assist with the daily routine:

Morning (approx. 6:00–6:30am start until 8:00am)

Help get the kids up and ready for the day

Breakfast and morning routine

Drop-off at daycare in Balgowlah by 8:00am

Afternoon (4:30pm – 6:30pm)

Pick up both children from daycare at 4:30pm

Spend time with them playing and winding down from the day

Start preparing or serving dinner for them

Care for them until we arrive home around 6:30pm

Both my wife and I work full-time professional roles, so reliability and consistency are really important for us.

Flexibility

Due to the nature of our work, there may occasionally be opportunities for extra hours on certain days or weekends, so someone with a bit of flexibility would be ideal.

There may also be the odd occasion where we require overnight assistance if both of our work schedules clash and we’re unable to be home. These situations would always be discussed in advance, and we also have family close by who can assist if needed, so you would never be completely on your own in those situations.

Location & Transport

Both children attend daycare locally in Balgowlah

We can provide a car with the appropriate car seats if required, or you’re welcome to use your own vehicle if preferred.

A little about our home

We also have two very friendly dogs – an Australian Shepherd and a Kelpie, so being comfortable around dogs is important.

Our family is relocating from Singapore to Palm Beach, NSW on April 13th, and we are seeking a superstar nanny to lead the charge in our busy household. We are both full-time professionals, working remotely at least 2 days a week, and we are looking for a partner in care who can navigate our fun, fast past environment with ease.

The Crew:
Three curious, bright, and busy kids: a daughter (8.5 yrs) and twin boys (6.5 yrs). They are transitioning from Singapore to Avalon Public in Term 2. They are high-energy, used to a rigorous school environment, and have a solid foundation in Mandarin.

Daily Duties: School drop-offs/pick-ups (Avalon Public), driving to extracurriculars, and preparing healthy kids' meals.
Academic Support: Structured supervision of homework (primary school level).
Household: We employ a cleaner, so the nanny’s focus remains on the children. However, light chores (children’s laundry, tidying play areas, and kitchen reset after meals) are expected.

I am looking for a mother’s helper to support with home keeping tasks and also our 3month old baby during morning nap time.
We are a family of 5 living in Balgowlah with two boys and our 3month old baby girl.

I am looking for some one to support me with basic household tasks whilst our baby is napping as myself and my wife are working.

Tasks include - general folding of washing, food prep and morning tidy up once the baby wakes up to play with her at home.
We are only looking for 4 hours a day x 2-3 days a week and to be flexible with the hours over time. Our babies naps are currently long stretches when she is in her own bed around 2hours+ (obviously as a baby this can change often but I don’t want you to leave our house or take her out in a car).

My wife works locally/or from home and can be very flexible.

Previous experience with newborns is essential including first aid and WWCC. Preferably some one a little older.

We are looking for a nanny and housework support for our six-week-old baby on Monday and Tuesday from 4pm to 9pm.

Baby Tasks include feeding, settling, playing with, some outdoor play activities and cleaning up after the baby.

Our son loves music, morning walks, dogs and making YouTube videos. He’s super social and good fun so someone with similar personality traits would be great. He lives at home with a loving family in a beautiful part of the Northern Beaches of Sydney. He has a complex health condition which is managed with a bigger team so you will be well supported.

Pay rate can be adjusted with skills and qualification levels.

We can offer additional hours if required and can be slightly flexible around the hours for this role if need be.
