Ideally you have experience with children who are 1-3years old. My son is currently 20 months and very active.

Ideally I would like someone to be able to take him to the park, local playgroup some times, read with him, do lots of drawing, prepare his lunch and snacks, and feel comfortable putting him down for a nap.

The person must be available to start at 7.30am as my partner and I both start work early.

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and caring part-time babysitter/nanny to help with our 2 year old for four hours every Tuesday morning. We also have a newborn baby, but the care would be only for the toddler, and would not require you to watch both children at the same time (at least not right now).

We are looking for someone who can provide care in the morning for our two year old so Mum can take the newborn to sensory classes or mothers groups without the toddler, or just generally catch up around the home or on errands whilst toddler is being entertained either at home or at the park. This would be from about 8:30am-1pm at minimum 1 day a week (Tuesday)

The ideal person would be happy to spend the time engaging thoughtfully and creatively 1-on-1 with the toddler either inside or outside the home. This is not a role where a candidate is just ‘supervising’ the child, but truly engaging and entertaining her through doing different actives in the home (like drawing, singing, pretend play, reading etc) or taking her to the park and engage with her whilst she plays on the equipment or run around with her etc.

Looking for someone that ideally has experience with this age group, lives on the lower north shore or can commute here easily, and has a schedule that can accomodate this position.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to provide after-school tutoring, care, and transportation for our 16-year-old son, Hugo. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in Hugo's life by providing structured support as he navigates his academic and social activities.

About Hugo:
Hugo is a bright and engaging 16-year-old who faces several challenges, including visual impairment (no sight in one eye and moderate vision in the other), some motor skill challenges that means he requires extra support, and some mild learning issues. He is in Year 10 and a highly motivated student but requires structured support with his homework and assessments, particularly in maths, science, English, and commerce.

Responsibilities:
• After-school care (Monday-Friday, approximately 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM, occasionally until 7:00 PM):
o Picking Hugo up from school.
o Supporting him with his study planning for homework and assessments, including scheduling of work, note taking practices and organisation.
o Providing targeted tutoring support for Year 10 subjects, especially maths, science, English, and commerce, including reviewing homework and draft assignments, providing feedback, and some targeted instruction.
o Preparing his afternoon tea and snacks.
o Transporting him to and from the occasional after-school activities (e.g., speech therapy).
• Additional support (negotiable):
o Occasional meal preparation, considering Hugo’s dietary requirements.
o School holiday support (negotiable, ideally 10 AM - 3 PM, four days a week): Additional care and study support during school holidays, schedule to be agreed upon in advance

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with and empathy for working children who require extra support, demonstrating a disciplined and creative approach to targeted academic assistance.

We’re a close-knit family with 2 beautiful children and a friendly cavoodle dog. We love the outdoors and have a healthy sense of fun.

2 children – 14 and 11 are active, love the outdoors and are polite and well behaved. Our 11-year old has an Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder and is non-verbal, however he is very well adjusted and can get across what he wants easily. He is loved by his school community and peers as a gentle, affectionate and loving boy.

We are looking for someone to help us for 15-25 hours per week. Most of these hours would be afternoons / early evenings during the school week. We may also need help on a Saturday, or a night out on the weekend. Whilst we like to run to a schedule, we also value the ability for both parties to be flexible and spontaneous when required. During school holidays, we generally require more hours, often during the daytime while we are working.

We will be welcoming a new baby in April this year and so there will be more hours required to assist with a newborn during the day.
Ideally we would love to find someone who speaks either Spanish, Mandarin, French or Italian and can speak to our young baby as they grow up.

The arrangement is negotiable based on experience, however would be around $35 per hour, with access to a car if required (although own car preferred) and additional discretionary benefits along the way.

Hi, I'm looking a live in au pair for a short period (2 weeks).
I'm a single father with a 10 y/o daughter. I have to go overseas a temporary live in nanny was a possibility over the 2 week proud. It would be only Monday to Friday but me being away overnight would also be included.

I am looking for a nanny or babysitter to work from 6 am until 10 am Monday to Friday. This will entail taking my boys aged 9 and 6 to School and taking my daughters to daycare aged 2 and 3. They will need to be assisted getting ready in the mornings, you would need to prepare their lunches and pack their stuff for school on arrival at 6 am . they need to be out of the house by 710 am . My other daughters are very quiet. The boys have lots of energy but well behaved and humble. You would arrive back to the family home at 9 am and in that hour just do general chores like folding the clothes putting them away and the dishes general tidying. I am happy to pay cash to the right candidate with possible afternoons available in the future.

After-School Nanny Position – Waverton, Sydney

We’re looking for a local, reliable, energetic, and caring nanny to help with our two children (ages 5.5 and 8) on Mondays and Tuesdays from 2:55 pm to 5:55 pm.
