Hello, my name is Molly, and I am 19 years old and am currently completing my last few months of my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care on campus. I have undertaken my work experience at an Early Learning Center near me as well as some extra hours on my days off from Tafe. I have done most of my work with 0-2 year olds or 2-3 year olds so am confident working with babies and young children. I really enjoy my work in the center; however, I am passionate about building strong bonds with children and adults and think I could do this by working with one family at a time. I am a flexible and focused person and always strive to do my best. I am a good communicator and listener. I believe that by being patient and staying calm I can be my best for children of any ages. Hi I’m Taylor and I’m so excited to meet you! I am a kind, caring and compassionate 20 year old woman who is studying a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Curtin University here in Perth WA. While that may raise some concern for availability, I have only just completed my first year of study and placements are very short over the next year as I’m still a baby student nurse and only have 2 placements per year. My first placement wouldn’t be until around April-June which only goes for 2 weeks so nothing major! I am the youngest of 3 daughters to my parents and have always loved kids. I have helped to work with a young 2 year old girl toddler who was very bright and full of energy and had loads of other experience this year working for a family of 4 here in Shenton Park, where both parents are working full time. I look after a little 9 year old girl and a 12 year old boy. I help in regard to picking up the kids from school and helping with homework and extracurricular after school activities. I am looking for some work after this school term ends for 2024 leading up to 2025! In my free time I enjoy going to the gym to stay fit and also love playing with all my animals at home (2 golden retrievers and 2 cats).
