Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families, Welcome to my profile ☺️ I'm a young at heart mature woman with a beautiful 29 year old of my own. I have a positive, upbeat & engaging personality. I was a School Captain & have the ability to get along with all types of people. I have done some voluntary work for Single Family camps creating programs for children at these camps & I was responsible for keeping babies, toddlers & even teens occupied while giving Mum or Dad some much needed respite. This was a fantastic experience & I resided at these 5 day camps solely to help out with the other camp leaders. I have also worked as a Swimming Teacher with the under 5's which I found very rewarding. In my last 12 years working as a Nanny I have cared for twins, multiple children (up to 8 at one time in total) & children with special needs such as autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, asthma, diabetes, eczema & other challenging health conditions. I'm experienced with new born babies up to teens. I am trustworthy & reliable & known for being punctual. I'm a very good communicator. I’m hard-working, diligent, energetic & enthusiastic and a whole lot of fun! I have trained in nursing and paramedic studies. I have had extensive experience with babies and children dating back to the age of 9 when I babysat the neighbours children (including a couple of newborns!).... in total 15 !! I have always been mature & responsible beyond my years. I have been surrounded by children my whole life including my 4 younger siblings and 30 1st cousins! I was a mother figure to my 4 younger siblings as my mother was working full-time as a Nursing Sister & my father was away from home a lot in his job as an International Airline Captain. I have had a lot of responsibility thrust upon me from a very young age! I am Aunty to 13 nieces & nephews & am very close to them & we catch up on a regular basis. I enjoy the spontaneous and honest interaction that children provide and I find it immensely rewarding knowing that I am able to influence and help a child to learn and grow confidently. I'm fair with a gentle approach & can be firm while teaching boundaries. I believe all children require stability and need to know they are loved and lovable as a basic right. I never cease to be amazed at the lessons that children can teach us adults! I am inspired by the enthusiasm that children have when learning about the world around them. I tend to establish a good rapport with the young ones I care for which I find very rewarding. Children are so precious & truly a blessing to be cherished. Importantly I am pro-active with a 'can do' attitude & I have a keen eye for detail so nothing goes unnoticed! I am very safety-conscious so your childs welfare is of utmost importance to me at all times. I can be flexible with time & I am more than happy to work with you to suit you and your childrens ongoing needs. I also do pet-minding/house sitting (many years now since I was a young girl) & have had a dog walking/dog training gig too so I'm comfortable with all types of pets. I love all animals. 🤗 *Important to know...... I have had my car licence for 40 years & I'm a very careful driver with a full licence & faultless record with Zero accidents & no demerits! I look forward to meeting you and your precious children. *My rate is dependent on time of day & number of children needing care. As per industry regulations my rate starts at $34-40 per hour & I prefer to work a minimum of 3 hours. As a tutor helping with homework my rate is the standard rate of $40 helping one student. Thank you. ☺️ Thank you for reading & have a lovely day! Sincerely Fionna

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I have been a nanny and childcare worker with over 20 years experience plus I have my own primary school aged children. I am currently looking for 1- 3 days. I have a diploma in Counselling and Auslan. Finished my graduate certificate of family violence last year. In the last 5 years of my nanny career my jobs came from word of mouth around bayside so I haven't used this sight for a very long time. I have GREAT references, first aid, police check, working with children's check and a car. In the past I have had families with as many as 4 children, even one with 2 sets of twins ages 6 mths and 2 yrd so I have no worries when it comes to chaos and doing 10 things at the same time. I'm a FANTASTIC nanny, I love to be outdoors, dance and sing to music, beach trips, depending on the age I've had a lot of children who love train trips, or just sitting around watching the birds fly by and playing in the dirt. I have had many families though out my time of being a nanny and I totally believe the best way for a family and a nanny to work successfully is communication. I look forward from hearing from you. Thanks Louise

Hi, my name is Jo, I arrived from London in 2012 and live in Frankston. I am an Australian Citizen with a clean driving licence and my own car. I'm active, sociable, fun-loving, creative, hard-working, honest, punctual and reliable. I have two grown up children who live overseas, they visit Melbourne regularly. We are from a large family in the UK and my children have 16 first cousins so I have always been around children and babies. Until recently I have been working with a Melbourne family for almost ten years - a baby of four months and a little girl of four years old, when I first met them. I babysat these two little girls for almost ten years and our families are now the best of friends. Although I babysit for them much less now that they are older, I still see them regularly and we often holiday and spend weekends together. I have babysat newborns, babies, toddlers and older children too. My WWC card number is 2850681A-01. I'm available for casual babysitting, various days and/or evenings so please feel free to give me a call and have a chat. My current availability is from Thu - Sun but please get in touch and i'll do my best to fit in with your needs. Am happy to stick to a regular day/days and keep those free for you if that's what you prefer. I am trustworthy, reliable, fun, honest and of a calm nature. I can provide a happy, calm, inspiring, exciting environment for your child(ren). Minimum of 3 hours per visit please. Apologies but i can only do overnight stays between Fridays and Sundays for the time being. I look forward to meeting you
