Hi there, I have just finished studying my certificate 3 and hope to possibly continue on with my diploma or bachelor part time this year. I have loved the study and the placements and adored the babies I was working with. I have just completed my 3 - 5 year old placement and had a bunch of fun with the kinder group. I also have been working in OHSC for the last year which I really enjoyed. This work was with 5+ years (primary). As much as I loved working in a group setting I find it much more fulfilling providing support and guidance one on one (or few basis) and concentrating on developmental goals and milestones. I love watching children learn and grow and feel I have the skills to challenge and support their needs as they progress.

Hi, I'm Angie and I'm an experienced, professional nanny with a Diploma in Childrens Services I have had extensive experience in all areas of Child Care. Ive been a team leader in long day care and a coordinator at an occasional care centre in Torquay. I've also worked in the MCHC sector helping to support parents with the health and well being of their children. I have helped care for all ages from newborn and beyond. I enjoy having fun with children as I find them to be so responsive. I love to sing, as children don't seem to mind! Of course this depends on the age group! Also helps soothe children if needed. I have also worked in schools helping to deliver literacy and numeracy programs. I am particularly able to provide fun, educational age/stage activities to help enhance individual children's developmental areas for pre-school children. I also enjoy playing board games, cards etc with children as this is a fun educational tool. I'll even try my hand at football and cricket! I speak Greek and it is amazing how quickly children can learn the language. Happy to include housework such as tidying, folding children's clothes, dishes, sweeping floors, loading and unloading the dishwasher. I love to keep fit in my spare time by going to the gym and walking a lot. I have a working with children's check and readily available references to reassure you. Please note, I have very limited spaces for evening care. Thankyou

I am working as an early childhood educator. I also do children events on weekends (hair braiding, henna/mehandi, face painting, bubbles, balloon twisting). Before this, I have worked as an OSHC educator with YMCA. I have been working with 6 months to 12 years old children for more than 1.5 years. I have also worked as a full time nanny of 1.5 years old child. My job was taking him for nap, feeding him, taking him to the park twice a day, playing and engaging with him while parents were not around, taking care of him. I used engage with him and his sister with some activities like building blocks, reading stories, playing with balls and many more, especially when it was rainy day and we could not go out to the park.In the park, we used collect different kinds of leaves, sand and tanbarks to pretend like they are shopkeeper or seller and I am customer (who wants to buy food in exchange of money (leaves). Some cooking activities with sand and tankbark, such as baking cake, pancake and so on. Some activities like changing his nappy, cleaning and sanitizer tha milk and water bottles was also part of routine.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I’m a 25-year-old High School English and Humanities teacher with two years of classroom experience, but I’ve always found that I connect best with kids when I take a more creative, non-traditional approach. I’m energetic and love getting to know what a child is actually interested in so that our time together is genuinely engaging rather than just watching the clock. While I work with teenagers during the day, I’m very comfortable with all ages, from toddlers through to primary schoolers. My background also includes several months at Ballarat Specialist School, which has made me very patient and inclusive when supporting children with diverse needs or specific sensory requirements. Outside of teaching, I’m an artist and a musician, so I love bringing that creative energy into babysitting, whether we're starting an art project or playing music together. Of course, as an English teacher, I’m also more than happy to help out with any homework or literacy support if needed!

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Elizabeth. (25yrs) I am currently working as an Executive Assistant at Barwon Health. My previous roles include working in the Maternity Assessment centre at Sunshine Hospital as a Ward Clerk, a Dental Nurse at a private practice and before that I left my job of 2 years at the Royal dental Hospital of Melbourne. I have a strong passion for caring for children, I have developed these qualities from my experience as a Dental nurse and a babysitter. Throughout my career I have I gained a significant amount of knowledge in childcare. Working mainly in the paediatric and special needs department at the Royal Dental hospital. -Past Babysitting experience: I was a part time babysitter for 3 year old girl for just over a year. Both the family and I developed a strong relationship where I was able to provide them a flexible roster. Emmy-Lou was very anxious when parting with her parents, Immediately I was quick acting in thinking of ideas to distract Emmy-Lou from her parents being away. During my time with Emmy-Lou I would bath, change nappies, assist her with brushing her teeth, prepare her for bed and prepare food for her when she was hungry. During the day I would prepare activities such as painting, drawing, toy-play and other hobbies of hers. I also looked after two girls - aged 6 & 8 for around 6 months, where we also created a 'Big-sister' relationship and had movie nights every Friday together. Further more I looked after two girls Aged 1 and a half and 2 years old, occasionally with their 8 year old brother, so am more then capable of entertaining several children! Current work as of 2026: Baby sitting for one family 2 year old, 4 year old and newborn baby. Baby sitting for another family - 9 year old and 5 year old. References available I would love for you to take me on board!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Thank you for your interest and consideration on me. My name is Miluska, I have qualified and formal education and experience in Special and Disability Education (also Community Welfare and Aged Care). I am a teacher (Bachelor Degree) for children with special needs (in Perú we named it: "Special Education Teacher"); also Nanny/AuPair with several and wide capacitation, trainning and experience (covers CPR, pool lifesaver, basic physical rehabilitation, first aid, pets care; activities as handicraft, bakery and others). I would like to work with babies, pre-kinder children and toddlers but on my among previous tasks and experience I have had the opportunity to take care children up to 12 years old. Everyone is unique and important besides,my background makes it possible and that makes me feel happy, confident and sure about my vocation and love for teaching and sharing with children every day. Prior to my arrival to Australia in 2007, I’ve been working as a Teacher of Special Education in Lima (Peru), focusing in early stimulation, behavior development and rehabilitation; as well performing as volunteer with several institutions like Association of Special Olympiads of Peru (for 9 years). I believe that my teaching experience (as a specialist helping and educating children and young people suffering from Autism and Down syndrome) has provided me with invaluable insight into interpreting the learning and emotional needs of individuals in general and specially babies and toddlers. I received my Diploma IV of Community Welfare in Community Services in April 2010 and Certificate III of Aged Care in December 2010 and as part of my studies in Australia, I completed a number of placements at aged care facilities, including Sacred Heart Mission and Hambleton House. As well, I’ve been performing job positions working with babies and toddlers for long periods of time. I would like to meet you and show you my patience, kindness, strength, dedication and energy that I could share with your children and with all of you. I feel that the basis for a teacher/ nanny and/or aupair is always a professional point of view. I am peruvian and actually living in Victoria (but my grandparents were from Czechoslovakia and Germany, so educated in both ways: with responsibility and affection). I would like to have the opportunity to meet you and demonstrate you the type of person that I am. Among many other things I can teach your children spanish, handicraft, pastrymaking, etc. Please, allow me to introduce myself to you and try to know me. Kind regards. Miluska Dusek
