Hello families! I am a 29-year-old Spanish girl who is living in Brisbane. I am a preschool teacher so I have plenty of experience teaching kids, toddlers and babies. I have also worked with different host families as an aupair in different countries so I have a lot of experience babysitting, teaching and taking care of children of different ages (from months to 11 years old). I also worked for one year and a half in a childcare in Melbourne before moving to Brisbane. In this role, I assisted with daily routines and organised age-appropriate educational activities. I could send you my resume in case you would like to know more about my work experience. I love being active with them, taking them to different places and do fun and educational activities that keep them entertained and motivated. I am also an easy going person, very responsible, adaptable and I take my job seriously. My native language is Spanish so I could teach them some words if you would like. If you are interested don’t hesitate to contact me! Andrea

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Dear Families, I'm the nanny for you if you are seeking help from a reliable, fun and dedicated nanny/ helper/ additional family member. (Available from July) I'm based in Brisbane and am a qualified teacher, yoga and meditation teacher, and have previous experience as both a nanny and au pair. I’m very comfortable supporting children of different ages and contributing to nurturing home environment. I was also home-schooled in my early years, which has shaped my approach to learning. I value curiosity, creativity, and emotional safety. I enjoy a mix of childcare and practical household support, including cooking (I enjoy cooking and baking), organising, and helping maintain a well-functioning home. I’m proactive, reliable, and naturally take initiative. With my family based in Canada, I’m especially drawn to homes with a genuine, respectful family feel. Ideally looking for longer-term relationships that will work with some casual teaching alongside. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, podcasts, stand-up comedy, and being active — paddle boarding, cycling, hiking, and camping. I’m looking for a role that feels balanced — where I can contribute meaningfully to family life, while building a calm, connected environment for both the children and myself. I love to play alongside with the children I care for; I like to get involved in their games to help expand on their creative ideas and extend their play. I also think it is important to involve children in day to day activities. I try to use each experience as an opportunity for the children learn about, and further understand the world around them. I apply what I have learned about child development and human behaviour to my job as a nanny. I love being involved in kids' lives and watching them learn and grow. Please contact me by phone or email if you would like to discuss how we might be able to work together and create the ideal circumstance for everyone. Current CV and references available.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey! My name's Poppy. I'm currently a second-year university student studying a Bachelor of Fashion Marketing and Enterprise. My current (professional) work history includes looking after a 2-year-old little boy every Monday morning for a few months; a 14-month-old girl from 8am to 8pm once a week for a few months; a 5-year-old little girl every time I'm needed; and a 2-year-old girl when needed also. Alongside this, I consistently look after my two nieces (aged 4 and 3) and two nephews (1 and 8 months), specifically including taking them on walks, playing outdoors with them, putting them down for naps, changing nappies, feeding them (both food and bottles), and learning how to entertain them without screens as per their parents' requests. I am a naturally bubbly person and am often described as kind, maternal, funny, and energetic and have always had a tendency to have a natural bond with children. I am able to work any hour and any day of the week, as long as it doesn't collide with my part-time job at a local cafe (which differs in schedule every week). However, this shouldn't be too much of an issue, as I can work around this with my boss and only ever work mornings till 11am. I am 19, turning 20, and am on my Green P's, meaning there are no restrictions to passengers, etc. I am known to be a sensible driver and am willing to take kids to and from school, to extracurricular activities, and whatever else needs to be done. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi, I am Rubi, originally from Argentina, and I truly adore children. Throughout my teenage years, I had the joy of caring for kids, and I continued doing so while balancing my studies. I also have over two years of experience caring for children here in Australia, which has allowed me to adapt to different family routines and needs. I work at a school as a sushi chef and I hold a valid Blue Card for working with children. I’m now excited to continue doing what I love while studying here. I’ve always had a special connection with children, and caring for them brings me genuine joy. More than just providing supervision, I focus on creating a safe, warm, and enjoyable environment. I’m happy to help with homework, creative activities, or simply being a calm and supportive presence. As of August 2025, I’m available on Mondays and Tuesdays from 3:00/3:30 p.m., and on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the same time every second week. I’m also occasionally available on weekends, depending on the week. I’d be very happy to discuss what works best for your family.
