What makes me a great nanny?
For me, nannying extends well beyond basic childcare. It involves creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment while promoting each child's emotional, physical, and developmental wellbeing. It also requires professionalism, reliability, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to each family's individual needs.
Being a nanny requires you to bring the best version of yourself, not only for professionalism, but more importantly because caring for children naturally calls you to be a positive role model. This challenges me every day to improve myself, and in doing so, I can make a positive influence on the children in my care. Thats the kind of nanny I aim to be everyday.
Why I love working with children?
The most rewarding part of working with children is knowing that I am making a positive difference in a child's life while also supporting and positively impacting their family.
What I do in my own time..
In my spare time you can find me keeping active (gym etc), I am a painter at heart and spending time with loved ones. I love being around people and nature to help keep me grounded.
