My name is Hunter, I’m 21 and I’m from the Shellharbour region. I really love working with children — it has been a big passion of mine for many years. I have over five years’ experience as a Preschool Room Leader in a childcare setting, working with a wide range of children, including those with additional needs and more challenging behaviours. I have strong professional development in children’s learning, development, and wellbeing, and I am confident in creating safe, engaging, and supportive environments. I enjoy adapting to new environments and building positive relationships with both children and families. I completed my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education in 2021, followed by my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care in 2022.
