Finding the balance of guiding them and prompting their own ideas and problem solving. I still enjoy the simple but important things about mothering and running a household; like simply being there, listening, validating a child's experience, playing, being creative, encouraging their creative skills and minds, right through to efficiently running a home, providing wholesome meals, including children in the cooking experience and the importance of feeding themselves well.
