Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! I’m Eve, I’m 22, a student in psychology and I have been working with kids for the past 5 years or so. I started working in churches at kids clubs then babysitting for those kids out of church. I moved to Sydney 2021 for uni and started teaching singing privately then working in after school care. At the moment, im looking for a new casual babysitting position to work along side with my uni and main job doing support work. I have Monday evenings, all Tuesday, Wednesday arvo - evening, and Thursday and Friday morning free. I’m only really looking for an addition 6-8 hours. Willing to work with you and what your family needs. I have plenty of experience with children from the ages of 6months-13 years. I've been nannying full time for the past 2 years for 3 lovely children and it has been a pleasure. I also have experience with kids who have autism and ADHD. I love working with kids of all ages, mostly school aged kids but I’ve worked with baby’s/toddlers and younger children lots as well. I have about a year or so’s experience in house keeping and general upkeep so I’m happy to help out around the house too! I’m studying psychology so I’d like to say I’m pretty good at helping kids navigate big emotions and develop skills that will help them later on in life; helps that it’s my greatest passion too. I do also offer music lessons (specifically vocals as I’m a classically trained singer) so I love any opportunity to involve the kids in music. Hope to hear from you!

Hello! My name is Claudia, and I am a very passionate young professional looking for part time nanny work. I graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours from RMIT in 2021, currently completing my Masters in Cultural Studies at the University of Sydney. I am so incredibly passionate about early childhood, and believe those young years are the most integral in ones life. I consider myself to be extremely caring, patient, and fun, but am also reliable, and flexible. I would also consider myself a creative. I play/write music, and also enjoy arts and crafts. Previously I worked for a family with 2 children, a 2 year old and a new born baby boy, for almost 2 years from 2019-2021. I then found employment as a youth social worker, working with young people between the ages of 12-25 experiencing difficult circumstances in life. I really loved this role and learnt so much, however I feel most passionate about working with younger children and would love to return to this work. Currently; I teach psychology at university during the semesters. I can provide references and answer any questions you have! Thank you so much for your consideration!

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

My name is Fabiola (Fabi). I am an Australian Citizen (I have lived in Sydney most of my life and intend to continue residing in Sydney). I have a current Working with Children Check and First Aid & CPR Certification. I am fully vaccinated against COVID 19 as well as against flu and whooping cough. I do not drive, but am very adept at travelling with babies and children on Public Transport. I have a University of Sydney Bachelor of Arts (Honours in Education) degree with a triple major: Psychology/Education/Mathematics (my favourite subject being Developmental Psychology). I have extensive experience as a nanny, babysitter and tutor: positions I have always thoroughly enjoyed. I believe that ensuring children's safety, and respecting them and listening to them is of utmost importance. I have loved and been fascinated by children ever since I can remember. Since I was 15, I have provided both paid and non-paid childcare: I have a natural aptitude for facilitating children's learning in a fun way. I love caring for babies; it is a privilege to be there when they are learning so much: the world we tend to take for granted is so brand new to them …. I delight in the "purity" of children and their behaviour. And when their behaviour is ah… beyond the pale, I take deep breaths and somehow tend to keep my cool! I am a good communicator, mature, trustworthy, honest, reliable, nurturing, compassionate, loving, patient, friendly, kind, humorous, easygoing, proactive, energetic, and creative. I care very much for nature and the environment, enjoy a healthy life style (e.g. I do not smoke) and am very affectionate with pets. I put my all into the babies, toddlers and children under my care. I positively impact their lives: being a good role model, seizing the opportunities that present themselves to further their development and education, having fun with them, and being there for them as they face life's challenges. I also provide solid support for the parents. So, if you need a nanny, babysitter, educator or tutor who a) absolutely loves interacting with babies (including newborns), toddlers and children, b) is passionate and knowledgeable about childhood development and teaching, and c) loves to feel like a part of the family, well, here I am!
