Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Maeve. I've recently graduated from Wenona School and will be commencing a Bachelor of Education (health and physical education) at Sydney University in 2025. I am a passionate, patient and caring person, and I've had over 6 years of experience babysitting and nannying for children aged 0 to 12. I've always enjoyed working with kids and am currently nannying part time for a family. Additionally, I have volunteered as a netball umpire and I was rowing captain in my final year at school, which has strengthened my ability to communicate and empathise with others. I have a WWCC, police check, first aid certificate and parent references. I'm looking to work mornings, some afternoons and weekends. Can't wait to hear from you soon.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I live in Mosman, I have my own car with a clean driving record. After graduating from University, I worked in advertising as a media investment manager for 25 years. During that time, I also cared for children of all ages, part-time, some right through from babyhood till early teens. I found this deeply rewarding and decided to do it full time. In December 2024, I finished up with the family I worked with for 5 years as the 2 children reached an age where they need to be more independent & could be managed remotely. Prior this, to the end of 2019, I closely worked with 3 families as a Nanny/Babysitter including After School Care. This sadly ended when 2 of the family's children started high school, whilst the 3rd family 'escaped to the country'. I am reliable, organized, caring and patient. I pride myself in providing a nurturing environment where children feel happy and safe. I enjoy spending quality time with children engaged in creative activities such as drawing, building lego, reading or baking and helping with homework. I enjoy cooking, preparing nutritious meals and am experienced with difficult eaters. I have a deep affection for animals. If this sounds like the kind of person you are looking for, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I am Isabella a 20-year-old student from New Zealand! I am looking for as much work as possible as a babysitter/nanny. I have lots of experience with children of all different ages. I originally moved over to Australia to be an Au pair in the Blue Mountains for a lovely family (One-and-a-half-year-old boy and a Dog). I ended up staying with them for 10 months as we got along really well. Since then I have done some short-term work for a family in the Northern Beaches looking after an 11-month-old girl as well as their dog. Before moving to Australia I was a teacher's aide at three different schools for two years working with kids aged 5-13. I enjoyed working as a teacher aide and helping out with school sports. As well as this I was also working as an out-of-school caregiver at a facility every day after school with kids aged 5-14. I got these roles as I worked as a cricket development officer straight out of high school working in schools and the community, this is where I was seen working which led me to be employed as a teacher aide. I love working with kids and the excitement they bring to life. I am looking for preferably a full-time role working for a Mosman family with availability every day at any time excluding Mondays as I study at Taronga Zoo every Monday. I can cook, and clean and am always happy to help out with pets. I have references from my Au Pair families as well as teacher aide references. I am moving to Mosman and would love to meet up with anyone who would like to discuss anything and am always happy to chat over the phone. For pay i think it depends on my role in the family and the amount of hours I am employed for. I have a full license and am a confident driver. I am fully vaccinated and healthy. I do not have a Australian WWCC but am happy to obtain one.

I just love kids!! I am a mature, loving, gentle, fun and responsible carer. I have been caring for children for over 25 years and am experienced with all ages. I have taught in Pre-school, Long Day Care, created an after-school care program, and have been babysitting since I was 15. In recent years my focus has been on After School Care, supervising homework, and some tutoring. I am passionate about education and am very consistent and firm, but also caring and kind. I think routine is very important, and I believe in encouraging independence in children, which builds confidence. As I have studied nutrition over the years for my own interest, which is also a passion, I believe I have a good knowledge of childrens' nutritional requirements, and feel it is very important. I have worked with several children who have food intolerances and allergies. I love music and dance, arts and crafts. I enjoy extra-curricular activities, sports and always encourage children if there is an interest. I believe a carer is an integral part of a family and enjoy getting to know the whole family. I am available for afternoon Care from 1pm, and evening babysitting. My preference is for a 4 or 5 hr minimum as I can arrive early to do laundry, meal prep etc. for ASC. I love dogs and would be happy to walk your dog before picking up the kids... Or care for your animals while you are away. I have a reliable vehicle and an impeccable driving record. I have WWCC, first aid and several excellent references

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi I’m Liv, I am 22 years old and have just graduated university in England with a degree in Law and business. I have worked as an Au Pair previously for a family in Oxford who had 3 young children and have done loads of babysitting jobs. I’m a cheerful, outgoing person with a bubbly personality and a strong sense of adventure. As a natural extrovert, I thrive in social settings and enjoy connecting with others. My adaptability and easy-going nature allow me to adjust quickly to new environments, making me a great fit for the dynamic and diverse role of an Au Pair. I have excellent communication skills, which I’ve developed over the years through both personal and professional experiences. I’m also very independent—having grown up learning to take initiative and manage my own tasks. While I absolutely love spending time with others and thrive in collaborative settings, I’m equally comfortable in my own company and enjoy moments of solitude where I can focus and recharge. In the past, I’ve been a qualified lifeguard at Llandudno Beach in Cape Town, a role I absolutely loved. Lifeguarding not only honed my ability to stay calm under pressure, but it also taught me valuable life-saving skills and provided opportunities to connect with amazing people.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi my name is Jacqueline. I am a 44 year old non-smoking female and I have lived in Sydney the last 16 years. I moved here to help a family relocate from NZ who I worked with for over 6 years. I have worked as a nanny for the last 23 years and have worked for one family who included 5 children under 10 so big families are no problem! I have been working regularly for many families in the Mosman/Neutral Bay area for the last 16 years. I have experience in looking after children from newborn babies right through to teenagers and also have experience working with twins, diabetic & special needs children. I also have many years experience as a night nanny. I'm willing to help out with light household duties (cooking, child related cleaning, laundry, shopping, running errands etc) I am very flexible with my hours and after 23 years I know how important this is as unexpected things often happen from working late to last minute dinners to being stuck in crazy Sydney traffic! I am happy to stay late when needed as well as some weekend work, I realise its often hard to have set hours in this job and wouldn't expect to walk out the door at the same time every day. I also have my own car and car seats if needed. I have been working full time with an amazing local family for the last 5 years but have gone down from 5 days a week to 2 days this year so I will have 2-3 days per week available. I can provide references from my current family as well as many other families in the Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and northern beaches areas for nannying, babysitting and overnight/long weekend stays. I have my police and WWCC checks and am currently updating my first aid certificate as it has expired. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to chat.
