I am a current Master of Clinical Psychology student at UTS in February and am looking for casual babysitting work alongside my studies. I have nearly three yearsβ experience as a psychosocial support worker, including supporting children and young people with a range of emotional and behavioural needs.
Iβm calm, reliable, and genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I aim to create a safe, warm, and engaging environment, whether that involves helping with homework, preparing simple meals, playing games, or supporting daily routines such as bedtime. My background in mental health has given me strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to respond thoughtfully to childrenβs emotions and needs.
For the past two years, I have also worked at the Traumatic Stress Clinic as a Clinical Research Assistant, where I developed strong organisational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail. I have volunteered as a Telephone Crisis Support Worker with Lifeline, which further strengthened my ability to remain calm and supportive in stressful situations.
I am responsible, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently. I would love the opportunity to support your family and provide dependable, caring babysitting.
