I love to be around their energetic, bright and curious personalities, while supporting lovingly their learning and growth. And having lots of fun and laughs in between as well. I've got educational background with keen interest in developmental psychology and emotional intelligence. I did Masters degree in ECE in Poland in my younger years. Which then was assessed in Australia as Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. I've worked at preschool for over 2 years as an assistant teacher. I gained there rich experience with young children. Now for over 10 years I've been enjoying working as a part time nanny of children between 8 months and 8yrs old. I have references available from at least 3 different families. I love singing, storytelling, reading, educational games, creative play, role playing, building, craft and fun. I've got plenty experience taking children to the park, library, playgroup, Powerhouse Museum, Taronga Zoo, beach, music or swimming lessons. I've done heaps of trips on public transport: whether bus, train or ferry and children absolutely love it! I've had sole charge of more than 2 children. I feel comfortable with light housework, helping with homework, multitasking. I love pets. I'm very fit, super healthy and happy with outdoor activities. I'm reliable, responsible, tidy and non-smoker. I've got First Aid, Working with Children Check as well as Police Check I'm Australian Citizen. I'm proud mum of two bright grown up young men, busy with their studies and work. Currently I nanny locally for 1 familiy on permanent basis. Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 37 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 15 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have a mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!

Looking for: Casual Babysitting

Hi there! My name is Emily, and I am a Museum Educator for Museums of History NSW. I work across 9 sites in Greater Sydney running history excursions for students of all ages. I have a Bachelors in Ancient History, and a Masters in Museum Studies - however, I have gone back to uni this year to learn more about how Education can be made more inclusive and engaging! I have been lucky enough to travel across the world on archaeological digs throughout my university degrees. At the moment, I run excursions for over 68,000 children per year across our sites at Museums of History - both online and in person. I am well-versed in behaviour management, including children with additional needs. Over the past few years I have completed ad-hoc nannying and babysitting for a few families, and additionally was a dance teacher for just over a year for pre-school aged children - I know how hard it is to manage a classroom of 10+ 3/4-year-olds! I have worked with children aged from 15 months to 14 years, and having grown up in a household with four younger brothers, I am confident in my abilities to engage and connect with children of any age. I believe in fostering imaginative, creative, and fun play - and love to laugh and explore with kids. Looking forward to hearing from you and connecting with your family!
