Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi Mums and Dads, I have over fifteen years of experience looking after children of all ages (4 months - 16 years of age) working as either a nanny/babysitter for many different families, a softball and basketball coach at Wenona, at a before and after school care centre and at vacation care during the school holidays. I recently completed a counselling degree but am still looking for some casual babysitting jobs or daytime work. I have a working with children check number, police check, first aid certificate and my own car so getting to and from jobs is not an issue. I am also a mother myself to a 19 month old little girl. I love spending time with kids, am fun, creative, patient, responsible and mature. Interested in spending time with your children and stimulating their minds through creative play. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I’m Gabys Scovino, a childcare worker with 3 years of experience. During this time, I worked in Spain with two wonderful families, ensuring the well-being of the children, organising educational activities, and helping with their daily routines. Although I am a qualified dental hygienist from Venezuela, I found my true passion for childcare. I am responsible, patient, organised, and continuously working on improving my English. I moved to Australia with my partner, who was transferred by his company. I hold a 482 visa with no restrictions, allowing me to work full-time.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi my name is Jacqueline. I am a 44 year old non-smoking female and I have lived in Sydney the last 16 years. I moved here to help a family relocate from NZ who I worked with for over 6 years. I have worked as a nanny for the last 23 years and have worked for one family who included 5 children under 10 so big families are no problem! I have been working regularly for many families in the Mosman/Neutral Bay area for the last 16 years. I have experience in looking after children from newborn babies right through to teenagers and also have experience working with twins, diabetic & special needs children. I also have many years experience as a night nanny. I'm willing to help out with light household duties (cooking, child related cleaning, laundry, shopping, running errands etc) I am very flexible with my hours and after 23 years I know how important this is as unexpected things often happen from working late to last minute dinners to being stuck in crazy Sydney traffic! I am happy to stay late when needed as well as some weekend work, I realise its often hard to have set hours in this job and wouldn't expect to walk out the door at the same time every day. I also have my own car and car seats if needed. I have been working full time with an amazing local family for the last 5 years but have gone down from 5 days a week to 2 days this year so I will have 2-3 days per week available. I can provide references from my current family as well as many other families in the Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay and northern beaches areas for nannying, babysitting and overnight/long weekend stays. I have my police and WWCC checks and am currently updating my first aid certificate as it has expired. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions or would like to chat.

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there, my name is Emika and I am a 36 year old female born and bred on the Northern Beaches. I have been a flight attendant with Virgin Australia for the past 14 years. Prior to this, I was a tennis coach for about 3 years casually and then 3 years full time after having competed through my teenage years. I was very likeable by the kids I coached and through that gained numerous babysitting jobs for those kids. I also used to work during the school holidays running tennis camps where the kids were in my care Monday-Friday 9am-3pm. Working at Virgin, I am constantly helping parents take care of children and infants who travel with them. I have also gained a few babysitting jobs through work colleagues at Virgin. I was stood down in my position at Virgin from March 2020 to January 2021 due to Covid. During this time, I gained numerous babysitting/nannying and housework help jobs. I am stood back up now but currently on ground duties which is more predictable and stable. I am happy to help casually wherever/whenever I can. I always take pride in what I do and ensure I am able to do things to the best of my ability. It feels so rewarding to help people and do a good job doing it. I love seeing children happy and being able to make them smile/laugh. How I treat children is how I would treat my own that I hope to have some time in the near future. With my experience, I have high expectations of myself and you can expect me to always come to work committed to make positive impacts. I love the outdoors and like to eat healthily so have no trouble passing that on to your children should you require that. I have 2 mini dachshunds so would be fine with animals around. Also happy to help out with around the house chores, dog walking, shopping etc. if neeed be to ease your workload looking after children. I have a full Australian drivers license and WWCC. Every year at Virgin we undertake a first aid and CPR course and every 2 years, we must renew our national security I.D. which means they run a police check on us. If there are any charges or infringements, we would not be able to renew. This has never happened to me in over 14 years. Am also triple vaccinated Looking forward to hearing from you. Ps: please ignore the 1 star. I don’t know how it got there, I’m yet to get a job through here and I contacted the management and they said they can’t remove it as they took over from a previous management. Promise I’m a 5 star!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am 31 years old and have been nannying/babysitting for 12 years now whilst I complete my studies (two degrees later!). I am currently in my final year of my second degree, Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), whilst helping out a beautiful family with their now 15month old boy two days per week. I actually don’t think there’s a better job then spending the day with the little ones I care for, whilst I complete the practical element of my course which requires me to attend college once per week. I am currently looking for a role with an additional family in 2025 on Wednesdays or Fridays, and am available for casual evening babysitting where needed as well. Over my many years of nannying and babysitting, I have cared for 20+ families, including babies as young as 3 months, right up until 14 years of age. I love kids spontaneity, honesty, creativity (and hilariousness!) ...and just plain CUTENESS! I definitely missed them when I worked part time in marketing and decided to go back to babysitting. I am more than happy to help around the house including washing, cleaning up the kitchen, tidying the house, whilst of course reading a bedtime story (or 5), and putting the kids to bed. I have a current working with children’s check, police check, full drivers licence, first aid and can provide as many parent references as you like! I am an outgoing, fun-loving, caring person and I am committed to providing a safe, fun filled, kind and caring environment for your child whilst helping you as super mum or super dad juggle life with little ones! Looking forward to meeting you and feel free to send me a text, or give me a call, if that’s easier for you too. 0488 022 465 Caitlin x
