Help us care for our 4 month old twin girls

We are looking for a Nanny to assist us with caring for our 4 month old twin girls 4 afternoons per week for 3-4 hours, from 1:00 - 5:00pm. We are only considering those with demonstrable experience with newborn babies.

I am on maternity leave until May, so will be home 95% of the time, and Mark works from home 3 days per week.

The primary responsibilities will be assisting with caring for our two babies (feeding, burping, settling, playing, bathing etc), as well as household tasks in collaboration with us.The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, flexible and trustworthy.

We are looking for someone who wants to and can develop a long term care relationship with our girls. We would love if you have flexibility to provide ad-hoc care outside these hours as required.
