Special nanny needed

Looking for someone that can support me with my 3 beautiful children. Preferably someone with a childhood education background - one who can set up and create suitable play and educational activities for their ages (my eldest being of preschool age so will need suitable educational activities). Assist with house organising/housework/meal prepping so I’m able to spend more time with them. Someone willing to join me on outings, and eventually look after children at times, so I’m able to run errands.
