Casual weekend work for 16 month old

I am looking for a casual, responsible babysitter to work with our family long term. The required number of hours would change however it would mainly be casual weekend work so my husband and I can attend social events and seldom weekday evening work for work events.

My daughter is currently 16 months old and require someone who has previous experience with babies including settling, productive wake windows etc
