Job details: Part-time

$35 per hour

Hi - we are a friendly family of 5 (2 kids - almost 11 year daughter and 13 year old son, and a playful Cavoodle) looking for a nanny / housekeeper with a positive energy and can-do attitude to help us on Mondays and Thursdays during school term, with likely more hours in the school holidays if you are available.

A typical afternoon includes:

- 12.00pm - arrive at house and hang out with the dog while doing some light housekeeping (laundry and folding, light tidy of living areas if needed)

- 3.00pm - pick up 11 year old from school or bus stop (Bayview or Avalon). If you don't have a car, this will include catching the bus home with her. Our son will get home around 4.30pm.

- supervise homework - mainly prompting them to do it, but 11 year old may like some guidance.

- plan and prepare evening meals for kids

- some basic lunch box prep for the next day

- keep kitchen clean and tidy after meals (we have a cleaner for deep cleans)

- keep kids in a routine - send them off to the shower after dinner etc.

6pm - finish time.
