Nanny

Overview:

- Ongoing nannying role in Malvern assisting with childcare pick ups

- There will be around 1-1.5 hours at our house before you pick her up so house duties is part of this role

- Commencing after Easter

- Family of 3 - we have a c. 14 month old baby girl

- Approx 9 hours each week – 4pm-7pm Wed,Thurs,Fri

- Must have prior experience caring for baby or toddler

- $35 per hour ($315 per week)

Proposed routine:

- Start 4.00pm

- Prior to picking her up from daycare, we would like your help to assist with household duties (I have listed these below)

- Pick up our daughter at 5-5.30pm (childcare is 5-10 mins walking distance from home with pram or you can drive our car which is generally at home, or if you prefer to drive your car we can organise a car seat)

- Our daughter eats dinner c. 5.30-6pm

- Bath c. 6pm

- Quiet playtime / reading before bed at 7pm

Note: One of us normally gets home from work by about 6.30pm but there may be times where we ask for you to put her to bed and stay later (if you can we appreciate your flexibility where possible)

Light household tasks:

Given there is 1-1.5 hours each day before you get her from daycare, we would like help with the following tasks. Note these are light household duties and we have a cleaner who comes once a week on Friday's to clean the house

1. Our daughter's dinner prep (usually just veggies and piece of meat)

2. Laundry - Hanging out / folding up / putting on washing (as time permits each day)

3. Dishes - stacking / unstacking dishwasher and some handwashing of certain items

4. Wiping down the kitchen bench and table surfaces (at end of evening)

5. Vacuuming living area (just on Wednesday's)

6. Changing daughter's sheets (Friday's)

7. Emptying daughter's nappy bin (Wednesday's)

8. Keeping our daughter's drawers / cupboards and change table neat and tidy each day

9. Toys put away at end of day

10. High chair and floor cleaned - just areas where our daughter has created a mess from eating

11. Vacuuming the living area

12. We may leave a list of other ad hoc items like dry cleaning, post office pick up and will leave a credit card if required

Other:

- We want you to feel comfortable in our home and a part of our family, you are welcome to anything in the house including watching TV, using internet etc

- We have a pool and plenty of outdoor space and multiple parks in walking distance
