Hi nannys
We are a family of four based in the Eastern Suburbs - Mum, Dad and 2 boys (aged 8 and 4).
Sadly, our current nanny who we love dearly is heading back home at the end of April and we are looking for an experienced nanny to join our family and care for our boys on a long-term basis.
We are looking for someone friendly, bubbly and energetic who will love and care for our boys as if they were her own. We both have very busy and demanding jobs and need someone who is reliable, trustworthy and independent who we can count on to look after the boys and their needs, whilst we are at work.
During school terms, the role is about 40-45 hours per week:
- Tuesday & Wednesday (full days): 7:30am to 7pm
- Monday, Thursday & Friday (morning and afternoon): 7:30am to 10/10:30am & 2:30pm to 7pm
Full time care will generally be needed for both boys during school holidays.
Duties include:
- help with morning routine (breakfast, getting ready for school/daycare, daycare drop off)
- transporting boys to and from daily/afternoon activities and supervising them
- light meal prep/cooking
- light housework
- running errands
- school pick up
- help with homework
- help with afternoon routine (dinner, bath time etc)
- care when the boys are sick and can't attend school/daycare.
We are interested in candidates who are looking for a long-term nannying role (1 year minimum) with minimum 2 years nannying/childcare experience. Childcare qualifications will also be highly regarded.
Driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
