My name is Sarah and my little guys name is Hartley, he turned 3 in Dec and is the funniest, sassiest dude but definitely an independent 3 year old!!!
I am a solo mum by choice so it's just me and my little guy and I work quiet a bit to provide for us a comfortable life so whilst he goes to daycare 5 days a week and has a buddy who comes to play with him on the weekends sometimes I am looking for a babysitter for him, mostly when I am home so I can get things done without hearing mum mum I have a question every 4 seconds but could also pop out too once we get to know the person. Would suit someone looking for their first babysitting job/mothers help job.
Mostly you'll just play with Hartley, and tidy up his toys and room at the end of the night/shift. In saying that if you'll watching a movie with him and feel like folding some laundry that would be GREATLY appreciated
I'd love to chat to anyone who things we might be a nice and fun family to join.
Ideally if you have some experience with toddlers but happy for you to be learning too as long as you make an effort to connect with him and distract him from wanting mummy so I can get things done. We had one babysitter who was always on her phone and bearly talked to him, that won't work.
Open and calm communication is very very important to us.
