Thursday after-school nanny required

Hi there, I am looking for a nanny to help me with my two children (12yo girl, 14yo boy) on Thursdays. The role would include: school pick-up (the applicant would need to have their own car), preparing afternoon tea, supervising and monitoring homework, preparing dinner for the three of us, and some housekeeping (keeping the kitchen/living areas clean and some laundry when required). Hours would generally be 3pm-7pm, and there may be some evenings I would need the nanny to stay longer (depending on work commitments). We need someone who is organised and can motivate the children to study and keep them focused.
