Meet Ellie: A nanny and au pair in Perth, WA

Hi everyone! My name is Ellie ,I’m 21 years old from Ireland and I will be relocating to Perth in August.

I am a qualified Early Years childcare professional with a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Children’s Learning and Development. I have 4 years of experience working with children aged 0–13 in childcare and educational settings, including one-to-one support for a 5-year-old child with additional needs. I also have experience working in a SEN unit within a primary school.

I also have babysat from July 2023,two children aged 3-4 one has ASD. I am an experienced and reliable babysitter/childcare provider with 3 years of hands-on experience caring for young children, including children with additional needs such as autism.

My day-to-day responsibilities included meal prepping, organising fun and educational activities, school/nursery runs, maintaining routines, helping with communication and development, and ensuring the children were always happy, safe, and well cared for.

Food hygiene certification

Health and safety and manual handling certificate

Mental health training for children.
