Meet Meg: A nanny and babysitter in Sherwood, QLD

Hello I'm Meg,

I am currently completing my fourth year of University, studying a bachelor of Primary Education. I have enjoyed babysitting/ teacher aide work for the past 3 years with children from ages 1-14, I also have coached a junior waterpolo team from ages 5-14 while in school. I have just returned to Australia after living in the UK for 11 months, whilst away I did relief teaching for year five/prep in a little local catholic school as well as 1:1 work with children in various years. This included sole care of a full class, lesson planning, behaviour management and support children with diverse needs. Before I left for the UK I was babysitting casually for a set of 4 year old twins. This included kindy drop off/pickup, planning activities after school and sole care throughout the day.

I believe my experience has contributed to my personality majorly, as I was taught the importance of patience and gentleness when working with children. I currently work part time at a gym and have been there since before I left for the UK. I hope I am a good fit for your family!
