Meet Mia: A babysitter in St Kilda East, VIC

Hi I am Mia and I am a 25 year speech pathology graduate. I love children and I am passionate about educating and nurturing them through their early years in life, as we all know these first few years are fundamental in their development. I have my certificate III in Early Childhood Education which I obtained in my gap year in 2018 where I did a full time traineeship at Jennys ELC in Bendigo, which is where I am originally from. Since then I have worked casually in childcare centres to support myself through my degree. I have nearly 4 years experience in working with children from as young as 3 months to around 6 years old. If you choose me to look after your child/children, I want you to know that I aim to build a meaningful relationship with your child/children as I believe that every interaction and relationship a child is exposed to is important and impactful in their current and future life.

I am currently only looking for casual work on an adhoc basis after hours and on weekends as I work full time as a speech pathologist
