Meet Nicole: A nanny and babysitter in Clyde North, VIC

Hi, my name is Nicole! I am an experienced babysitter and am currently in Monash University majoring in History. I love to do pretty much anything that involves trying new things, creativity, thinking, or talking.

I just love forming connections with little humans and watching them learn about this world. My philosophy for childcare is balance. Children need a balance of discipline and freedom, routine and novelty, and independence and care. And ultimately, as with dealing with adults, I believe everything should come from a place of empathy.

I first found a passion for caring for children by voluntarily looking after young family friends and then decided to make a job out of it. I have worked professionally with 3 families; 3 girls (2, 4, 6), a boy (5) and girl (7), and 2 girls (8 months, 5) with 3 total years of experience. I also do casual work as a teaching assistant in a high school.
