Meet Vicki: A nanny in Narraweena, NSW

Hi my name is Vicki and I live on the Northern Beaches - Narraweena. I find caring for children both enjoyable and extremely rewarding. I am an experienced and qualified nanny, having worked in the industry for over 15 years. I like my nanny jobs to have longevity, as this is best when working with children and parents. Being a familiar face in the early developmental years builds strong relationships, not only with the children, but parents included. This allows confidences to build in a nurturing environment. Parents develop a strong and lasting relationship and I feel part of a family.

I'm a mother of 2 gorgeous girls, so understand the demands that being a parent brings.

The days I spend with these children are very rewarding. Getting to know little personalities and seeing them shine and achieve. Encouraging their age appropriate development, in a fun and exciting way brings out the best for all...children and parents. I love spending time with children and I hope that I will be able to get to know your children and have fun creating wonderful experiences with them, while developing a good relationship with your family.

I also work as a School Learning Support Teacher at a local Primary School. This allows me to have knowledge of the school years and the foundations of literacy and numeracy. This builds strong independent learners and thinkers, which grow into confident teenagers and beyond.

I have all the mandatory qualifications that are required for caring for children. These being : first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylactic training, WWCC, current clean driving licence and own vehicle.
