A little bit about me, I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in child care, working with ages 6weeks up to 12 years old, training and professional development in behavioural management, caring for those with special needs and more.I am patient, caring and I have been told I bring a calming effect, that children are drawn too. I believe all children should be treated with fairness and empathy, given equal opportunity to grow and learn as they play. Always putting them first, listening and communicating with them in a kind, respectful manner. Parents and caregivers are the most important influence in a child’s life and I am here to support you.A goal of mine is to provide a nurturing environment, full of love, where children feel safe, happy and, encourages positive identity and self-esteem. I enjoy working with all ages and find it to be such a rewarding job, watching their little personalities develop brings me so much joy.
