Meet Rachel: A babysitter in Campbelltown, NSW

I currently work in the disability industry as a team leader. I have over 5 years experience working with children in a childcare. Over the 5 years I have managed the ages 0-2, 2-3 and 3-5. Over the years I completed various duties which include toilet training, encourage self help skills and built their developmental skills ready for the older room. This also included learning routines, feeding babies, placing babies to sleep and helping them grow. I have a diploma of Early childhood education and Care along with a Bachelors of Educational studies.
