Meet Keira: A nanny and babysitter in Lake Munmorah, NSW

10 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry. I’ve worked with children from 6 weeks to 8 years and have two of my own children, ages 7 & 5 years old. I enjoy being creative, outdoors, exploring and have a love for animals.

I believe connection plays a huge part in children feeling safe and secure. Making sure they feel heard and understood, showing interest in what interests them, yet also in balance, children should be able to explore freely.

Supporting children in expressing themselves and their needs is super important to me. I’m on board with all conscious and gentle parenting, whilst still staying firm in any boundaries and I am very patient. I’m continually educating myself on more strategies to help extend my knowledge in this area.

I live a low tox, holistic lifestyle and am looking for evening work on Monday, Thursday & Friday evenings around my other childcare job and my own children. For the majority, I am available after 6pm on the days listed above and selected weekends for a minimum of 3 hours.
