Meet Jemima: A nanny and babysitter in Balwyn, VIC

Hi! My name is Jemima. I’m 20 years old and currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin University in Burwood — I’ve just completed my second year.

I have a valid Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), and First Aid/Anaphylaxis certification.

I worked towards to complete my Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care at Box Hill TAFE while attending Carey Baptist Grammar School. I worked at Bambini Early Learning Centre in Deepdene for over two years before stepping away to focus on Year 12 studies.

I live in Balwyn and have cared for children from newborns through to teenagers for many years. I’ve been babysitting and nannying since I was 12, and I truly love what I do!

I pride myself on being fun, patient, and engaging, and always prioritise children’s safety, wellbeing, and happiness. I enjoy creating a nurturing and playful environment where children feel secure and supported. I’m also reliable, responsible, and comfortable assisting with daily routines, light household duties, and meal prep when needed.

Days/ hours I am looking for include, Monday - Wednesday all day. Saturday and Sunday during day!
