My name is Ella and I am a 20 year old studying education at the Australian Catholic University. I have been babysitting since I was 13, working with children 6 months to 13 years, with a variety of needs, abilities and obviously personalities. I have worked as a swimming instructor, a teacher’s aid and in retail positions within the country town I am originally from.
