Meet Katie: A nanny and babysitter in Maroubra, NSW

Hello. My name is Katie and I am Irish living in Maroubra. I have lots of experience working with both children and their families.

I have a bachelor of honours degree in Social Care Practice. Throughout my studies and since graduating I have experience working with babies right up to adults with diverse level of needs. My experience includes working in a crèche, working in a children’s residential care setting and also a day centre for adults with intellectual disabilities. I have experience working with children who present with behaviours of concern due to traumatic experiences in their lives. I love getting to help people in their everyday lives and hope that I can make a positive impact in their lives.

I also have many years experience babysitting family and friends children.
