Meet Melody: A nanny in Yarraville, VIC

Hi, I moved to Melbourne in December 2019 after working and living in a remote Aboriginal Community in Western Australia for 3 years. I was lucky enough to start running a childcare program at Purnululu School while studying for my diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. While living in Purnululu ( Frog Hollow community, Wurreranginy) I worked closely with families, community members and elders as it was a family and community driven school. From Feb 2025 I will be studying a course to become a Teachers Aide and have experience working in a number of Childcare and Primary School environments and have worked with children of all ages from 5 months +. I have now been nannying in Melbourne for 5 years working with a number of families on part-time casual basis experiencing full days of activities, school pick-up and dinner/bedtime routine. I love working with kids, am flexible and have patience and time for both children and families and willing to help wherever I can. Looking forward to hearing from you soon, Melody.
