Looking for: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Babysitting
Hello, I am Alina and 28 years old. I am originally from Germany but currently living in Melbourne after finishing my masters degree last year.
I always enjoyed working with children - in high school I worked as a tutor, gymnastics instructor and camp counselor. After high school I worked as an AuPair (live-in nanny) in the US where lived in two different families for 6 months each and took care of the children - 2 children aged 5-8 in my first family and 3 children aged 2-8 in the second one. I have also worked as an AuPair in Spain for 2 months, where I took care of 3 children aged 1-5 and also taught them German during my time there.
I consider myself friendly and open-minded and am very responsible in my task of babysitting/taking care of children. Activities I often did as an AuPair included going to the playground and library, doing arts and crafts projects, reading books and playing games at home and organising play dates with other children. I was also responsible for dropping off/picking up the kids from their leisure time activities, helping with homework and teaching German, preparing food and bringing the children to bed occasionally.
If you are looking for a friendly, responsible and creative babysitter for your children, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
I have a valid Working with Children Check, an Australian Driver’s License and can also provide you with my AuPair certificate.
Kind regards, Alina
