Meet Ece: A nanny and babysitter in Melbourne, VIC

Hi! My name is Ece, and I’m a 23-year-old Law student at RMIT University with a particular interest in international human rights law.

I have over 5 years of experience babysitting and nannying for a number of families, caring for children across a wide age range, from infants through to children aged 12. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and getting to know their individual personalities and interests.

I’m bubbly, patient and responsible, and I’m always happy to keep children entertained with activities such as reading, drawing, painting, games and outdoor play. I’m also happy to assist with homework and schoolwork, particularly English and literacy. I enjoy reading classical literature, charcoal art and oil painting, so I’m always happy to get creative with the kids! I am fluent in both English and Turkish and come from a Turkish background. I’m also currently learning French.

I hold an employee Working with Children Check, which I obtained as part of my previous employment at Contour Education. Parent references are also available upon request.

My current rate is $35 - $40/hour, although I’m happy to discuss an alternative rate for single-parent families.
