Meet Amelie: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Maroubra, NSW

Hi parents and families. My name is Amelie, I am a dedicated and mature individual with extensive experience working with children of all ages. Previously I have been employed as a gymnastics coach from children aged 5 up to 16 years old as well as babysitting for neighboring families throughout my adolescence. After graduating high school, I have completed a certificate III in health services assistance as well as completing my traineeship and certificate III in early education and care at Goodstart Early Learning centre in Glebe where I worked full time, engaging children in educational play based experiences and supporting their daily routine tasks for children ages 0-5 years old. I have worked independently with groups of up to 4 babies at a time, and confidently worked collaboratively in a team to support up to 20 children. I have a strong passion for sports and outdoors, as well as artistic activities. I enjoy having a clean and maintained home and have a happy attitude towards cleaning, laundry, cooking and other home management tasks. I am fully qualified in first aid and cpr, have experience working with disabilities (both intellectual and physical) and have completed a cert 3 in health services assistance so rest well knowing your child/children are supported! I have my P1 licence and my own car.
