Meet Amelie: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Maroubra, NSW

Dear families, My name is Amelie, I am a dedicated and mature individual with extensive experience working with children of all ages. Previously I have been employed as a gymnastics coach for children aged 5 up to 16 years old. After graduating high school, I completed my certificate III in health services assistance and certificate III in early education and care which I trained at Goodstart Early Learning centre in Glebe as a full time educator. I enjoy engaging children in educational, play-based experiences whilst supporting their daily routine tasks for children ages 0-5 years old. I have worked independently with groups of up to 4 babies at a time, and confidently worked collaboratively in a team to support up to 20 children across nursery, toddlers and pre-school rooms. I have a strong passion for sports and outdoors, as well as artistic activities. I enjoy having a clean and maintained home and have a happy attitude towards cooking/meal prep, cleaning, laundry, cooking and other home management tasks. I am fully qualified in first aid and cpr, have experience working with disabilities and or special needs (including ADHD, Autism, non-verbal, physical delays/disabilities, ODD etc.). I am a patient and loving carer who priorities a gentle and fun approach with children's development whilst supporting healthy boundaries and guiding behaviour. I have my P1 licence and my own car. I am seeking a full time nanny role although can negotiate part-time or casual roles for the right family!
