Meet Lavinia: A nanny and babysitter in Bondi Junction, NSW

Hello! I’m a 29 year old originally from the UK who has been in Sydney for just over a year. I have over 10 years experience working with children and while I have a full-time job, I’d love to find some part time opportunities looking after children. My first experience working with children was in 2013 where I worked at a school in China teaching English. During this time, I taught children aged 2-16 years old. When I returned to the UK, I worked for a year as a private child minder for a 7-year-old with learning differences. During my undergraduate studies, I completed a placement year working as a SEN Teaching Assistant and also did babysitting over the years.
