Meet Gemma: A nanny, babysitter, and au pair in Camperdown, NSW

Hello, my name is Gemma, I’m 24 years old, and I’m originally from Spain. I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education, which has given me a strong foundation in nurturing and guiding children through their growth and learning. I absolutely love working with kids and thrive on the energy and creativity they bring into every day.

I have hands-on experience in the field, including a school internship in Ireland where I worked with the Reggio Emilia methodology, which focuses on child-centered learning and fostering creativity. I also spent a year as an au pair in London, taking care of three girls aged 4, 8, and 12, where I supported them in their daily routines and helped with homework. Additionally, I’ve done babysitting in Spain for three different children after school, where I helped with both their academic needs and playtime activities.

In addition to providing care, I’m passionate about helping children with homework, fostering their academic development, and creating a fun and engaging environment for them to learn and grow.
