Meet Naomi: A nanny and babysitter in Lynbrook, VIC

I'm visiting Australia with a WHV. I have worked in the retail and catering industry in Hong Kong. I used to work for the university office for 5 years, picking up inquiry calls and handling applicants' information. I can work in a fast pace, independently, and as a team member, like working at the cashier and managing the stock. With high efficiency in the delivery of customer service that has resulted in successful and enjoyable customer experiences. Handling and balancing a variety of payment methods would not be a problem for me as I have worked in the retail industry as well.

I am fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, so it would be more convenient for me to communicate with customers in different languages. Customer services and making each customer’s experience delightful, would not be a challenge for me!

I have an international driver's license. I am a fast learner with great flexibility, so I am well-prepared to work efficiently within a short time. I am a qualified and registered teacher in Hong Kong, and I will get a WWCC if necessesary.
