Meet Sophie: A nanny and babysitter in Clifton Hill, VIC

My name is Sophie, I am 25 and I have been in Melbourne 1 year, relocating from Perth. I have worked as a nanny/ babysitter for multiple different families since I was 15 (over 10 years). I have looked after kids from ages ranging from 1 to 13. Duties included everything from morning routines, school pick-up and drop off, homework, house cleaning, night time routine, school holiday full days, young childcare full days. I did this full time, along with a job in retail. Since graduating from UWA in 2017, I have worked full time as a Development Manager, still babysitting to help out my previous families when I can during this time. I worked full time in Property Development in 2024, however I am currently taking a small career break this year, working casually as a retail assistant in Melbourne. I am looking for some part-time or casual babysitting in the mean time, until I make my next career move (which could be many months). Once I start my full-time job I would still be happy to consider continuing to babysit/ nanny where possible. I would describe myself as upbeat, outgoing, driven, active, positive and easy to get along with.
