Meet Ava: A nanny and babysitter in South Melbourne, VIC

Hi! My name is Ava and I’m 20 years old. I am bubbly, nurturing, patient and have a strong passion for working with children (going into my 5th year working with kids). I was born and raised on the Gold Coast and in recent years I was working as a babysitter (kids aged 6 months - 14 years) and swim instructor (kids aged 2 months - 15 years). However, for the past 2 years I have spent my time living in Europe working as an au pair (kids aged 3 - 9) and english teacher (kids aged 1 - 12). Therefore, I have had a lot of experience with children of all age groups and I enjoy getting to know each kids likes and unique qualities. At the start of November this year I decided to move back to Australia to study speech pathology and now I am living in Melbourne and exploring my new home! I would love to find a full time position before I start uni in March and then once I commence move to a part-time position :)
