We are looking for a babysitter/nanny to help us look after the kids (4yo, 1.5yo) after daycare and help around the house while parents are still working. Looking for 2-3 afternoons per week for the right person, mainly looking after and playing with the kids, perhaps a small amount of light housework (like folding laundry, putting linen onto beds). Hi there! Mum to a gorgeous 7yo girl, based in Alexandria. We're both working full time, and need help after school hours 3-6pm Tuesday and 330-600 on Wednesdays.
Pick up would be from school, and tbc what activities would be (will firm that up when she starts school) but it could play out like:
- picking her up to take to after school activities
- maybe she has a class onsite and you would need to pick up at 4, and ask would then be for you to perform some light household cleaning from 3-4
- potentially it may involve just taking care of her, taking her to park etc if no activity is on.
We sometimes also might ask you to pick her up plus one friend, as sometimes the parents in her class help each other out. If they were ever to happen it would always be only one kid - but just a heads up on that.
