We are seeking an experienced nanny/household manager to help care for our 2 daughters (a 5.5 year-old and 3.5 year-old) on Thursdays and Fridays (7am to 6.30pm). Total of 23-hours per week.
We have had long-term nannies since the eldest was a baby and have a permanent nanny Monday to Wednesday.
Details are as follows:
▪️ Thursday and Friday weekly 7am to 6:30pm.
▪️ 5.5 year old attends school everyday and needs to be picked up - we will supply a car.
▪️ $40-45 per hour (negotiable, depending on experience of the candidate negotiable).
▪️ Starting 26 May 2025 (negotiable on start date for the right candidate).
▪️ Drivers license is essential for school drop offs/pick-ups (family has a car for the nanny to use).
▪️ Minimum 12-month commitment with a view to being longer term.
▪️ Nanny duties include sole care of the children while both parents are working, children's meal planning, cooking, planning children's activities/outings and supporting their development.
▪️ Household management duties include running the household in collaboration with the parents. In addition, running errands and light home duties such as laundry, emptying the dishwasher, shopping, cooking etc while the children are at school and daycare (we have a separate cleaner who looks after the house).
We are looking for someone who is kind, organised, fun and who demonstrates strong leadership skills, and attention to detail. My husband and I are both busy professionals, so we are seeking a nanny/household manager who is reliable and trustworthy.
The family also have a Burmese cat so must be comfortable with cats.
Help get our 7 year old ready for school in the morning - breakfast, dressed, pack lunch, walk to school etc.
Assist with light house work eg unpack dishwasher, hang up and fold washing, basic meal prep on occasions.
We are looking for someone kind and responsible to help us with our two children (13 and 11 years old) weekly, three afternoons per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) from 3pm to 7pm. This care includes is to support our busy two-parent work schedules and kids’ care after school finishes and school/sports logistics.
Our children are 13yo/ yr8 (girl) and 11yo/ yr6 (boy). They are bright, active and clever kids who enjoy their sport (mainly oztag, soccer and basketball) and swimming.
The role will involve:
- Being at our home when the children arrive home from school;
- Being present while some homework is completed by the children;
Limiting/ monitoring screen time;
- Driving or collecting one or both of them to / from school activities/sports in the Eastern Suburbs;
- Walking our dog (a gorgeous 3yo Spoodle) from our home or while waiting at sports training;
- Once home again, arranging the children to have their showers;
- doing a small food shop if required;
- bringing in washing if required;
- Doing some dinner preparation and/or cooking/heating;
- Some tidying-up (yet not ‘cleaning’ as such).
It’s essential you have your drivers licence and own car (or one you could use); or drive our (manual) car and that you are a responsible and safe driver.
We are looking for someone responsible yet fun, (sporty if possible - the kids are sporty kids!), patient and kind. Our helper must be open-minded (we are two mums).
With advance notice, we may occasionally also require support looking after the kids on weeknights (later) and weekends.
On certain mornings of the week from 6am or 7am to 9.30 the days can change from one week to the next. The number of mornings can be between 2 and 4 times a week from Monday to Saturday.
The job: looking after our daughter when she wakes up (breakfast, getting dressed, taking part in development activities, going to the park....)
Part-Time Nanny Needed – North Bondi (April to July, with possible extension)

There are four children under the age of seven. Care is primarily for two of the children.
Tasks involved: morning routine, school drop off and pick up, supervise and engage in play, domestic duties (laundry, tidying up, meal prep etc.), assist with feeding, bathing and bedtime routine.
Hours: Help is needed 7 days a week. The bulk of the hours are before and after school, approx 6:30am - 9:30am and 2:30pm - 8pm (though morning hours can often be extended to help with tasks around the home). Can be flexible for the right people. Weekend hours needed also, morning afternoon and evening. Shared amongst the team, depending on availability.
We're looking for a fun, energetic babysitter to help out with our two active boys, aged 3 and 5. They’re full of life, love being outside, building train tracks, bug catching, Lego creations, jumping on the trampoline and playing soccer. We’ve found that babysitters who really get down on their level and get involved in what they love tend to have the best time with them (and so do they).
When we need help:
> Every second weekend starting 5 April: Saturday and Sunday from around 12pm to 6 or 7pm, and possibly the Friday night 5-8pm as well.
> Thursdays: Every week, from about 5pm to 8pm.
We're open to casual arrangements—so if you’re only available for part of this, that’s fine. We can work around availability. We often try to split the boys up for some quality one-on-one time, so a sitter might take one while Dad (Paul) takes the other for some focused attention.
We also have a newborn baby in the house, but she’s primarily cared for by Mum (Hala), so you won’t need to help there. Just something to be aware of. And lastly, we have a cat who might come and say hi. If you're energetic, reliable, and love spending time with kids who will keep you on your toes, we’d love to hear from you!

We are looking for someone special to join our family to help with the day to day care of our delightful 1yo twins. Our eldest is in daycare full time. The role would involve mainly helping my wife with caring for them, helping with bath time, feeds, tidying up, laundry and other light house duties.
Rate, hours and days are all negotiable to suit yourself and us.
Ideally we would want someone wanting to stay on long term and experienced. Currently we need help from 2-7pm weekdays, and ideally 2 hours on a Sunday morning (though not mandatory). As of May/June, this would increase to 3 full days in addition to those hours.
