We are seeking a reliable nanny/babysitter to assist with daycare/school pickup in during the week. We live in Pascoe Vale and have two girls, aged 2 and 5 years old. The girls enjoy animals (we have an elderly dog and a cat), arts and crafts, reading books, and dancing. We find them very entertaining and enjoyable to be around.
The role involves picking them up at 3pm from daycare/school three days per week, bringing them home for a snack, and spending time together until we arrive home at 5pm. They enjoy outdoor activities but we only have a small yard, so visiting the park twice a week would be ideal. Additional responsibilities may include light tasks related to the children, such as folding laundry and packing lunchboxes. However, the main focus is on the girls - the rest can wait! 🙂
We are looking for a 20+ female who is confident, creative, playful, honest, safety-minded, reliable, and positive. A personal car is necessary for this role as the school is about 10 minute drive from our house.
Speaking Swedish would be a bonus but not required.
We want our kids to get the most out of their childhood, especially through play, and hope to find someone who can help facilitate that.
We will pay a casual rate ($35+) and we will
have work cover insurance.
