Babysitting and Nanny Jobs in Inner Western Sydney, NSW

I’m looking for an experienced nanny to look after my twin boys (who will be 19 months in October) 3 days per week in October (Tuesday-Thursday), 7:15am - 5.15pm while our current nanny is on holiday between 6 October 2026 - 29 October 2026.

I will be working from home 50% of the time.

I will also require you to come in a few weeks beforehand for a few hours a day so that my kids can get used to you (we can chat about this as I’m flexible with the days and hours). There may also be opportunity for ad hoc babysitting later on for the right person.

Tasks include:
- Feeding the boys breakfast, lunch and snacks
- Prepping their dinner so that it is ready for when we get home at 5pm
- Light household tasks (empty the dishwasher, tidy up after the kids, meal prepping for the kids, washing)
- Putting the boys down for their lunchtime nap
- Taking the boys on walks or to the park
- Playing with the boys

What is required:
- WWCC
- Atleast one reference with experience looking after 2 toddlers at the same time
- First aid certificate
- Must be a non-smoker
- Early childhood education highly regarded but not essential

I also have a 3yo boy who will be there in the morning and afternoons after preschool, you won’t be required to look after him as either my husband or I will be home but he will be there for a short amount of time.
