Hi! My names Ruby, I am a dedicated student at Deakin University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts. I am currently looking for part-time work to do alongside my studies. With a passion for childcare and a background in nurturing, I offer reliable and attentive babysitting services. Equipped with a valid Working With Children's Check, I prioritize safety and fun in every interaction. Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Nicole! I am an experienced babysitter and am currently in Monash University majoring in History. I love to do pretty much anything that involves trying new things, creativity, thinking, or talking. I just love forming connections with little humans and watching them learn about this world. My philosophy for childcare is balance. Children need a balance of discipline and freedom, routine and novelty, and independence and care. And ultimately, as with dealing with adults, I believe everything should come from a place of empathy. I first found a passion for caring for children by voluntarily looking after young family friends and then decided to make a job out of it. I have worked professionally with 3 families; 3 girls (2, 4, 6), a boy (5) and girl (7), and 2 girls (8 months, 5) with 3 total years of experience. I also do casual work as a teaching assistant in a high school. I would love to get to know you and your family and help your child become the best version of themselves!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name is Arshi, I am a paediatric and neonatal registered nurse (working with kids and babies) with 3 + year’s experience as an RN. I work on a casual contract meaning I can chose and pick up my own shifts in the week, therefore I can be flexible during the week. I have recently decided to pick up babysitting/nannying as I have changed to casual work in this stage of my career and would love to connect with families with little ones who just need a helping hand. I am very friendly and bubbly and if you are happy with my application, I would love to meet up for a coffee with you and your little ones to discuss in detail expectations. I absolutely love working with kids and babies and love making our time together fun, interactive and as educational as you would like. I usually set a schedule for activities to keep our minds and body active such as drawing, colouring, building blocks, music, making/creating jewellery, origami and just getting outside to kick or throw a ball. And for babies, ensuring their development is progressing by using interactive toys, soothing music, tummy time, teething, play mats, adequate awake/rest periods etc depending on age. I am very confident in bottle feeding, swaddling, settling and nappy changes, and have 1+ years of experience with newborn babies and those that may have compromised health having worked in the special care nursery ward. I am up to date with all my paediatric and neonatal CPR as well as the advanced resuscitation courses in both areas. I can be flexible throughout the week and the occasional weekend and/or Friday night with plenty of notice. I am also very very dog friendly as I have my own beautiful and well trained German shepherd at home so no need to worry if you have furry friends.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting,Au Pair

Hi! My name is Bella, I am a 21 year old student at Deakin University where I am studying a BA in Arts (majoring in English Literature and minoring in Creative Writing and History). I am hoping to work as a high school teacher once I graduate my Bachelor (and hopefully my masters), so I'm hoping to get full time work as a nanny while I study! In high school I completed a cross age tutoring program which involved me regularly going to the primary school and tutoring the students. I also completed my high school work experience at a local high school as an integration aide. Additionally, I have about 6 months experience working as a cleaner so I would be more than willing to do some house work while babysitting. I have a valid drivers licence as well as an employee WWCC and police check. I have two little siblings and have such a love for kids and any sort of job where I get to help kids is an absolute dream for me. I would love to have a chat if you think I would be a good fit for you and your child/ren. ◡̈

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there 😊 Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I genuinely love spending time with children, and I've worked with all ages. From newborns to teenagers. I've had a lot of experience with babies and toddlers so I'm very comfortable and confident with feeding, bathing, changing, and bedtime routines. I also have experience with twins and with using responsive settling to help resolve sleeping issues, so if you're struggling at night or need an extra hand in those early stages, please reach out. My specialty is helping lighten the load for new parents! When there's time I love to help out around the house in whatever way I can, from stacking the dishwasher to folding the washing. My style is warm hearted, kind, patient, nurturing and loving. I practice meditation and mindfulness which flows through to my work and allows me to maintain peace and calm when faced with challenges. I am encouraging and enthusiastic with children, which allows them to blossom and shine in their own unique ways. I love being outdoors and an average day with me usually includes a walk to the local park, nature reserve, cafe, or at the very least a run around the backyard. I also enjoy outings to the Collingwood Children's Farm, Scienceworks, the Museum, the local Library and many more adventures when time permits. I've worked as an au pair in France, a volunteer teacher in Nepal, and a nanny and babysitter in Melbourne. I have a reliable car, I'm willing to travel and I can provide reliable references including one family that I worked with for 8 years. Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you and wish you all the best in finding that perfect nanny or babysitter to suit your family.
