My current Nanny is going into full time nursing next year and so I am looking for someone new. She has prac for 3 weeks in Nov so would like someone to cover her from the 4th Nov - 23rd Nov and then if suitable come back next year and take over her role.

I'm looking for someone who can slip into my shoes while I go to work. You would need to be available from 8am - 6pm, 3 days a week and with flexibility to stay later if needed. The 3 boys go to school & would need to be picked up from school and looked after for the afternoon, my daughter will possibly be going to Kindy next year so she would need to be picked up as well or otherwise looked after during the day. I would love someone who can bond and connect with my daughter as in the past that has been a struggle. I want to be able to leave for work and know she is happy and being well looked after. I am looking for someone with a natural warmth towards kids and who enjoys playing with them and thinking of creative fun things for them to do. In regard to the house duties, I am particular about how I like things done, I want someone who can adjust to the way I do things and is happy to maintain the house to the standard I like.

We would also like additional babysitting for all 4 kids on a regular basis at night so we can go on a date. On the school holidays there would be the 4 kids to look after.
